Documentation.
Applicant will submit all documentation (valid id, paystubs, etc.) required by Graham Residential within seventy-two (72) hours of submitting payment. Failure to submit paperwork required for the approval process in the time allotted will result in cancelling your application and releasing your unit.
Screening.
Graham Residential is hereby authorized and given the right to verify by reasonable means the information provided by you in the application and to exercise at its sole discretion as to whether to reject this application and/or terminate any lease which may be entered into between the parties pursuant to this application, whether during the term of said lease or any extension or renewal thereof, if the applicant has made any false statements or misrepresentations whatsoever in this application. We have partnered with Yardi to validate each applicant's identity, and Snappt to validate each applicant’s income documents. Verification of ID and income documents is a requirement for application approval.
Confidentiality.
We maintain a strict policy of confidentiality and privacy for our prospects and residents. We do not discuss information on applications with anyone other than applicant. In addition, we do not discuss individual reports with an applicant. If you would like to discuss or dispute any information contained in your credit report, we will provide you with the name and address of the consumer agency upon request.
Validity Period.
Upon approval, if applicant decides to cancel their move-in, the application will remain active for 90 days from the cancellation date. After the 90-day period, a new application plus application fee must be submitted. Denied applicants may re-apply 6 months from the denial date. After the 6-month period, a new application plus application fee must be submitted.
